• Naynya is a brand under Neeti’s Creation and offers handcrafted ethnic wear designed for all sizes.
• All products are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, you will be informed, and we will provide alternatives or a refund.

⁠Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• We accept payments through secure payment gateways.
• Customizations such as length adjustments can be requested while placing your order.

⁠Delivery and Shipping

• Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days within India.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be mentioned at checkout.

⁠Return and Exchange

• We currently do not offer returns, as each garment is made-to-order.
• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the defect for our internal assessment. The exchanges will be processed within 4-5 working days

⁠Product Care

• Follow the wash care instructions provided with each garment to ensure longevity.
• Variations in color or detailing may occur as all garments are handcrafted.

• All designs, content, and imagery are the property of Naynya and cannot be used without permission.
